Dane O'Neill is the founder and operator of Bear River Land Company.

Born and raised in Southern California, he spent his childhood summers along the banks of the Bear River, which winds its way through the Sierra Nevada mountain range in Nevada and Northern California. It was in these alpine streams and pine-covered valleys that he developed a love for the outdoors and an appreciation for raw, open land.

He received his Bachelor's Degree from California Polytechnic State University and spent his early career at Deloitte & Touche before pursuing his ambition to be a business owner.

Bear River is a small, independent business that purchases raw land across the United States. We believe in the power of personal connection, which is reflected in the earnest collaboration between buyer and seller on each transaction.
