Receive an Offer

Once we receive your property information, we will connect with you via phone or email to learn more about your property and talk about what solutions we can provide. We will then send you a no-obligation offer, usually within 48 - 72 hours.

Review, Sign & Close

Once we reach an agreement on terms and price, the offer contract is signed, dated, and sent to a local, reputable title company. They conduct a title search, generally lasting 2 - 4 weeks, after which we schedule a closing date. We handle all closing costs and paperwork. When the deal is closed, the title company will pay you via bank wire or cashiers check.
